Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders ship within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed / received.
  • During peak periods, sales, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer due to heavy customer order volumes.
  • Standard domestic shipment lead times are typically 3-8 business days, excluding holidays depending on delivery address in the country / region. Nearby locations are closer to 3 business days
  • Express shipment lead times are typically 2-3 business days, excluding holidays depending on delivery address in the country / region. Nearby locations are closer to 2 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS text if you provided accurate contact details when your order is placed. You will also receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Domestic – within USA, CANADA, UK, EU, AUS and South Africa)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping (where available):

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch

Free Standard Shipping (Within USA, CAN, UK, EU, AUS and South Africa)

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 USD (before taxes, discounts and after any promo codes are applied), to eligible destinations (USA, CAN, UK, GER, FRA, ITA, ESP, Rest of the EU, AUS, and ZAF) at checkout.
  • Standard Domestic Shipments below $99 USD are charged a flat rate of approximately $9.99 USD converted to local currency, $CAD, $USD, EUR, ZAR depending on exchange rate
  • Express shipping is available as follows
    • Packages less than 5 kgs / 12 lbs - $24.99 USD converted to local currency, $CAD, $USD, EUR, ZAR depending on exchange rate
    • Packages more than 5 kgs / 12 lbs - $34.99 USD converted to local currency, $CAD, $USD, EUR, ZAR depending on exchange rate

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Tracking numbers are provided on all shipments.

  • Standard international shipment lead times are typically 10-15 business days, excluding holidays depending on delivery address in the country / region. 
  • Standard international shipment rates range from $10 USD to $54 USD depending on shipment weight

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (Important):

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes on any international order.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
  • Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
  • If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and additional return fees may be deducted from any refund, where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS text if details were provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24–36 hours to appear after dispatch.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Look around mail areas and side doors.
  3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.

If you still can’t locate your package, reach out to us immediately at with your order number and tracking details.

Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.

  • If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we can reship it to a corrected address. Additional shipping charges will apply.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.

Changes & Cancellations

We start processing orders shortly after they are placed, so changes and cancellations are time-sensitive.

  • If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
  • We will 100% try to accommodate all requests, but we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
