Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it easy to fix.

1. Return Window

  • We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Returns must be initiated within this 7-day window to be eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • Please contact us immediately and include your order number to get your Return Authorization number prior to returning the order to our warehouse. See below on how to initiate the return process.

2. Free Domestic Returns (USA, CANADA, UK, EU, AUS and South Africa)

We offer free domestic returns within 7 days of delivery for customers located in:

  • USA
  • CAN
  • UK
  • EU
  • AUS
  • South Africa

If you’re in one of these regions and submit your return request within 7 days of the date your order was delivered, we’ll cover the cost of standard return shipping for eligible items.

3. Eligibility – Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, odors, or alteration, or that are returned outside the policy window.

4. International Returns (Outside USA, CANADA, UK, EU, South Africa)

For customers outside the regions listed above:

  • You may still return eligible items within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any customs, duties, or import fees related to sending the items back.

Please use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or style?

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Where possible, we’ll process a straight exchange.
  • If the item you want is unavailable, we may:
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
    • Offer store credit, depending on your preference and local regulations.

6. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

For hygiene, safety, or bespoke production reasons, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These may include:

  • Gift cards
  • Marked “Final Sale” items
  • Certain personalized or made-to-order items (clearly noted on the product page)

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

8. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us immediately.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return/exchange, and the reason.
  3. We’ll send you:
    • A prepaid return label (for eligible domestic free returns in USA, CANADA, UK, EU, South Africa within 7 days of delivery), or
    • Return instructions for all other cases.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.

9. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll email you within 24-48 hrs after returned item receipt to confirm approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be immediately processed to your original payment method or store credit, as applicable.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by local law or where we made an error with your order.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times can vary).
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [your support email] with your order details.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Returns & Exchanges Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and will apply to orders placed after the new policy goes live.
